Frequently Asked Questions
Can I join the team at cut cult?
We are not taking new employees at this time, however we do commission artists for sticker designs from time to time. Contact us with your art related social media handle, art style, and expected rate or payment options.
Do you take custom orders?
We certainly do take custom orders. Both for Stickers and Decals. We are working on our form so that ordering is easy!
What kind of content can my order have?
You will only have size dimensions + quantity in your invoice with no mention of the image content specifics. Feel free order regardless of your design. We accept manufacturing designs ranging from sfw to lgbtqia+ to kink.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes!
Multiple orders made between shipping periods are (usually) automatically combined into a single order for fulfilment on our end. Order combinations are performed using a store function that checks for matching billing and shipping info between orders. If this information is different from your initial order, it will not be combined automatically. This is a courtesy service we offer and we ask that customers make sure their shipping and billing info is entered consistently to ensure smooth operation.
I have an issue with an item in my order. What do I do?
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Packages marked delivered by carrier begins the 7 day period. We will do our best to make allowances where possible, because we understand life happens, but issues reported after this 7 day period limits how we can help.
We will always try to help to the best of our ability and want to make it right if an order is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise faulty. We may offer to remedy any errors on our end by way of reprints, refunds, or store credit. Each resolution is offered on a case-by-case basis. In order to fully help you we will require photos of the damage to fully investigate, along with a detailed description.
I removed a sticker or decal and there is adhesive left over on the surface.
For surfaces such as those on metal water bottles (Hydroflask, Stanley, Yeti), Plastic (Nalgene), phone cases, game system cases. We recommend putting a small amount of oil such as coconut oil or canola onto a napkin and gently rubbing the area to dissolve the adhesive. After which you can use a mild soap to remove the oil as you would for regular washing.
